Account & login

Invitation only — register via the link or 4-digit code from your partner. Open register with a valid token.
Sign up — create a free account on the registration page. Email verification may be required before your first login.
Email verification — if required, use the link in the registration email before logging in.
Forgot password — ask the person who invited you or a site administrator to reset your account.
Forgot password — use the password reset page or contact a site administrator.
SMTP / invites — administrators configure outgoing mail under Settings → Email server (SMTP). Without SMTP, share the invite link manually from the invite dialog.

Sessions & video

One session = two people. Add your partner under Setup → Partner for this session, choose Session with, then New session → Start instant session.
Either side can Start Camera; the other uses Join Session (orange when the partner is already live).
No picture / black video — allow camera and microphone in the browser, reload, pick the correct device in Setup. For OBS/WHIP, refresh the bearer token and restart the stream.
Cannot connect — both must complete New session (instant) first; check Messages for the Session ID; try another browser profile without heavy extensions.
Partner busy — your partner may already be in another 1:1 session; wait and try again.

Interactive toys

Lovense

Use Google Chrome, Lovense Connect (PC), and the Lovense Cam Extension on the same machine.
In the Lovense Cam Extension: On, cam site Tangent-Club selected. Extension Live only means the site is active in the extension — not that a session or toys are running.
On tangent-club.com open the Lovense floating menu once; tab Setup must show Extension ready before Lovense toy control works.
Special Commands (copy exactly): Extension → Tangent-Club → Rules — Basic Levels OFF. Enable: Earthquake 100, Fireworks 120, Wave 160, Pulse 200, and Clear the Queue 1000 (stops patterns when you uncheck on the site). Full table in user guide.

Other brands (Buttplug / Intiface)

Install and run Intiface Central on the same computer as your browser.
Pair your toy in Intiface, then on tangent-club.com: Setup → Connect Intiface (Buttplug).
Toys appear in Local Test alongside any Lovense devices. Special patterns (Earthquake, …) are Lovense-only; use sliders and presets for Buttplug devices.

Local Test & Remote Control

Local Test — one card per connected toy; slider commits on release; preset buttons for quick tests. Send Test Tip in the Lovense extension is not the same as direct motor on the site.
Remote Control — available when video and the data channel are connected; the full toy list (Lovense + Buttplug) is shared between partners automatically.

Lovense extension Basic Levels do not control Tangent sliders — see the user guide (Lovense) and user guide (Buttplug).

Appearance & browser

Theme: account menu or Settings → Light, Dark, or Hippie. Saved in localStorage under key theme.
Hard refresh after updates: Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows).
Chat history clears when the video session ends (hang up or disconnect).
